Privacy policy

What we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, who it goes to, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.

Last updated 15 August 2026

1. Who we are

Revaion is a NetSuite profit intelligence product, delivered in partnership with Link-IT Solutions. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Revaion is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Business nameRevaion
Business address13 Mellock Crescent, Falkirk, FK2 0RH, United Kingdom
Contact[email protected]

2. What we collect

We collect only what you give us. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not track you across other websites.

When you request a demo

The demo form collects your email address. That is the only field.

When you use the margin leakage calculator

The calculator runs entirely in your browser — the figures you move the sliders to are not transmitted anywhere while you are using it. If you choose to unlock the full report, we then collect your name, work email address and company name, together with the banded inputs you selected (revenue band, gross margin percentage, number of sales reps, number of SKUs, discounting frequency) and the resulting estimate. These are ranges, not your actual financial records.

When you email us

If you email [email protected] we hold your message and your address for as long as we need to deal with it.

Server logs

Our host records standard technical information for every request — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.

3. Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

WhatWhyLawful basis
Demo request emailTo reply to your enquiry and arrange a callLegitimate interests — responding to a request you initiated
Calculator lead detailsTo send you the report you asked for, and to follow up about itLegitimate interests — you asked us for the report
Occasional marketing emailTo send relevant product updatesConsent — only if you opt in, withdrawable at any time
Server logsSecurity, fraud prevention, service reliabilityLegitimate interests

Where we rely on legitimate interests we have weighed them against your rights and concluded that replying to a business enquiry you sent us is what you would reasonably expect. You can object at any time — see section 6.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of processors to run this site:

ProcessorWhat they doNote
Web3FormsReceives form submissions and forwards them to our inboxGoverned by the Web3Forms privacy policy
CloudflareHosts and serves this website; provides security and DDoS protectionGlobal edge network
Google FontsServes the typefaces used on this siteYour browser requests these directly, so Google receives your IP address
GoDaddyProvides our email service and stores the messages sent to usUK

We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month, and there is no charge.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. As at the date above there is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking on revaion.com. If that changes — if we add analytics, for instance — this section will be updated and a consent banner added before any non-essential cookie is set.

Your browser does fetch fonts from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Most browsers and content blockers can block third-party font requests if you would rather avoid it.

8. Client NetSuite data

This policy covers the revaion.com website. It does not cover data we process inside a client's NetSuite account under a signed engagement — that is governed by the data processing terms in the relevant contract, under which the client is the controller and we act as processor. If you are a client and want a copy of those terms, email us.

9. International transfers

Our email is hosted in the UK. Our other processors — Web3Forms, Cloudflare and Google Fonts — operate global infrastructure, so some data may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations, or on the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

10. Changes and complaints

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and flag material changes on the homepage.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or on 0303 123 1113.
