The rules for using this website, what the calculator output is and is not, and how far you can rely on the SuiteQL in our guides.

This one matters, so it is worth being explicit.
The calculator produces a modelled estimate from banded inputs. It applies general assumptions about how pricing leakage scales with revenue, margin, sales headcount, SKU count and discounting frequency. It does not read your NetSuite account, it does not see a single one of your transactions, and it has no knowledge of your business.
The output is an illustration, intended to show whether the problem is worth investigating. It is not a valuation, an audit finding, a forecast, or professional financial advice, and it should not be presented to a board, lender or investor as a measured figure. Any decision you take on the basis of it is your own. The only way to establish your actual leakage is to analyse your actual data.
The articles in our resources section include SuiteQL queries written against standard NetSuite tables and field names. They are provided as worked examples, free of charge and without warranty.
NetSuite accounts differ — in how costs are populated, how multi-currency and OneWorld are configured, how transactions are closed, and in custom fields and scripts. A query that is correct in one account can return misleading results in another. Test every query in a sandbox and sanity-check the output against transactions you already understand before relying on it. We are not liable for decisions made on query output you have not verified.
